Down Under 2014 - Day 6 - Whanganui

Today was a designated ‘Business Day’ according to our itinerary. We spent the morning visiting with one of our customers in Wanganui and then had the rest of the day to ourselves.
After our meeting, we had lunch, did a little shopping, and toured Wanganui. Wanganui is not known as a tourist city so it was a little different then where we had previously been this week but nonetheless it was a lovely city on the ocean with wonderful views of the mountains and the sea.

In the afternoon, we made the 2-hour drive from Wanganui to Wellington to our lovely B&B. We spent the evening walking around Wellington, catching a movie, and enjoying the culture.
