Forever 2013 - Day 7: Banff, Canada

Wednesday, June 10, 2015

Today, we drove from Whitefish, Montana to Banff, Canada. It was the first time we had driven out of the country and across the U.S. border. We went through what might be the smallest and most low-key Border Crossing, which made this process quick and painless.

Welcome to Canada!

Once we neared Banff, we entered the Canadian Rockies and the gorgeous National Park. While driving through Banff National Park we noticed that they created land bridges to allow animals to safely travel over the major road.

In the late afternoon we finally arrived in Banff. Banff is a gorgeous and quaint ski town. Banff is a town witthin Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada. it is located in Alberta's Rockies along the Trans-Canada Highway.

We spent the end of the day having a nice dinner, walking around the town, and visiting the Visitor Center in order to figure out what activities and sights we would be seeing during our time in and around Banff.
